88ta Terms and Conditions

This document is a legal agreement between 88ta ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "player"). By using the 88ta website, mobile version, or any other service, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.

Key terms used in this document:

• Platform: All online gaming, betting, and related services provided by 88ta.
• Account: The user's registered personal profile.
• Bet / Wager: Participating in a game or event with real money.
• Bonus: Extra credits or rewards given by the platform.
• Wagering Requirement: The amount you must bet before bonus funds become withdrawable.

These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of this document take precedence.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the service on 88ta:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for your own use.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You will operate only one account.
• You are not currently subject to any active self-exclusion.

88ta may request identity documents for age verification at any time. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.

3.1 Registration

All information provided when opening an account on 88ta must be fully accurate. If an account is opened with false information, the platform reserves the right to cancel it and withhold deposited funds. Each person may operate only one account; if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

3.2 Login Security

Keeping your 88ta Login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact support. 88ta reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice in cases of rule violations.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on 88ta is ৳100 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the deposit account name must match the user's name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Additional security verification is required for first-time withdrawals.

4.3 Fraud and Abuse Prevention

In cases of suspicious transactions, multiple accounts, or the use of third-party payment methods, 88ta may suspend transactions and conduct an investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 88ta welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to misuse bonus benefits (such as using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation), 88ta may cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Other Promotions

88ta may offer additional promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be published alongside that promotion. In the event of any conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be deemed void and the amount will be refunded.

6.2 Bet Results

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority (such as ICC, FIFA, BPL, etc.). If an event is cancelled or left undecided, 88ta will determine the outcome in accordance with accepted rules.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, 88ta reserves the right to cancel a bet in cases of technical error, odds error, or event cancellation.

6.4 Restrictions

88ta may set maximum bet limits for specific players or specific markets. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the account may be reviewed.

88ta's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Earning and maintaining a VIP tier depends on your activity on the platform. The specific criteria for moving to a higher tier are set by 88ta and may change. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback.

88ta takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe online gaming is an entertainment activity — it is not a tool for solving financial problems.

• You can set your own deposit and betting limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available if needed.
• Our support team will assist if signs of problem gaming are observed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ta platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system.
• Attempting to influence the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Collusion (coordinating with other players to fix outcomes).
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.
• Copying or redistributing any software or content from the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, 88ta may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

88ta makes every effort to ensure a reliable and secure platform. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical errors, server maintenance, or internet issues.

• The platform reserves the right to void any incorrect results or incorrect payments arising from technical errors.
• Unusually large winnings resulting from a software bug or malfunction may be considered invalid.
• 88ta is not liable for any financial loss caused by service disruptions.

If you become aware of an error, you are requested to notify the support team immediately.

Documents collected for account verification (national ID, photos, etc.) are stored securely and used only for the verification process.

• After a complaint is raised, the support team will review the issue.
• A decision will be communicated after the necessary investigation.
• 88ta's decision will be considered final.

An amicable resolution is given the highest priority in dispute settlement.

88ta is not liable for:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Problems arising from the user's own negligence or incorrect information.
• Delays or failures related to third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
• Unexpected technical errors or force majeure circumstances.

In any situation, 88ta's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in the user's account.

88ta reserves the right to revise, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their account email or a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you have the option to close your account.
